What happend if ... Amazon + 301 redirect ?

Hello guys,

Sorry I'm still a noob in this domain, but... what happend if you just 301 redirect peoples to an amazon product to get their cookies directly associate to you ? Ok this is certainly against their TOS, but what if we make it transparent ? This could work ? Is it legal ?

You get banned (sooner or later). Better use redirect which leaves correct referrer.
