What happen when not paying Google Ads bills?

Hi,

I recently got an e-mail from google that I have an outstanding bill by them. After checking this account I saw a campaign which I mistakenly created.
Something like: test test and the domain from my website. I didn't noticed that they activate this, because the google account which I'm using is just a trash for the google products such as analytics and search console.

The credit card which I used for ads was a vcc. What could happen now? They doesn't have any relevant information about myself, just my domain name in their products

Send them a check, they are based In Nigeria. They give you the chance to send gift cards also.
 
You will receive notices from Google collections. Then after some time from private debt collection agency. But nothing will happen if the amount is upto few thousand dollars. You will not be bothered much if you do not respond to them. But the website and billing you used will be soiled forever. In future if Google fingerprints you successfully, you will have troubles with account approvals
 
Pay the amount you owe. Believe me, this money will never replace your grey hair once it starts blocking your entire account.
 
You won't be able to open new ads accounts/collection agency will go after you
