Hello, A customer bought from me platform for bed. By mistake I didn't write it's size. The buyer didn't ask me and decided it's queen size for some reason. So after she received it she opened a return request and chose the reason of "wrong item sent". I told her nicely that since it wasn't written it's queen size she can't say it's wrong item and that I shouldn't pay for the shipping of the return. She didn't accept that. After few messages between us she said that few things that were mentioned at the description were missing and that it's not the brand it should be. So I asked her to send me photos that prove her claims but she didn't do so. So I decided not to accept her request. Now she can escalate the case. My question is, if she wouldn't escalate the case when it will be closed? 30 days?
