What happen to rmxhost they don't reply any ticket?!!!!!! just wondering is rmxhost company dead..

they quickly send an invoice but when it comes to replying a support ticket they don't even reply. and they said that their hosting is cheap.. not in my case.

am calling rmxhost support to wake up and do your job. this is really frustrating to see my sites not online and losing money...................

also your skype is always dead..

My dedi server has been dead for hours and it's still not up. I have tickets sitting for 2 weeks without anyone replying to them. I am going to change hosts soon, rmx is having too many problems.

like how many hours? also what offshore hosting you are planning to transfer into?

my hosting is down for more than a day already .. this is not good...

also anyone can recommend a good offshore hosting not just any small hosting provider

up so that the owner could see ... and tend to the problem

When did you purchased it? Did you tried reading some of their reviews before making the purchase?

Well, but since now you have now already purchased and didn't had a great experience with them, I believe the user is here on BHW, you can try sending him a PM or try contacting him through some other way.

I opened a thread yesterday too, I bought a domain through them 4 days ago and it ain.t registered yet so rmxhost is dead, I recommend alybabahost , i didnt tried them yet but made an account and ask them a few questions and they replied in 30 min max every time!!!

see the shitlist, i think they had some major issues n wont be back up :(

thats really sucks to hear....am paying almost 200 a month for their hosting.. and this is what i got........

I'm having some problems aswell, my domain shows this message: This IP is being shared among many domains.
To view the domain you are looking for, simply enter the domain name in the location bar of your web browser.

I did open a ticket but no answer yet.. :(
