I ordered their minisite package 4 days ago and they have not replied to me.

I try to contact them with skype, email, online form, nothing works.

How can I do? At least I want to get refund..

I saw the owner using paypal as the main transaction.
You can simply make a dispute under paypal account to request a full refund

I would go with somebody else if I were you.

They have too many clients so the Customer Service is shit.
