They promise 99.5% uptime but that's not the case. Today, the server crash and the database couldnt be restored? Shouldnt they have backup for their server?

Hi

We suffered a big server crash today and due to which the primary SSD drive of Server 10, got issues and isn't booting anymore. We have already recovered the server and recovered whatever we could. The database of every user couldn't be restored from the backup but we are already trying our best to recover it. If you already have a backup, please restore your account from it instead of waiting for us to take any action. We deeply apologize for this and we have taken measures to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

Things Happen, but you should backup your data by youself dont rely on the hosting.

Hi

All data including databases was successfully recovered later. Please note that something like this can happen with any host. Hardware failure are bound to happen. We get warning in 99% cases and take precautions. But sometimes these failures just happen without any warning. It is not just us, something like this can happen with any host. Moreover, we create a system backup every week too.

Thank you
