What happen after you receive a DMCA complaint?

You will be dealing with your host, not your ISP if you receive a DMCA. If you ever have any trouble your host will be the first to contact you and more than likely they will ask you to take the content down and if you refuse, my guess is the host will shut you down.

when you say "sharing site", do you mean the file hosting site like mediafire? or you mean, they are hotlinking other sharing sites links and then, post those links on their sites, and if they receive complaints, they will just let DMCA knows that they got those links from other websites server, not theirs.
