what ftp program do you use ? (mac)

just looking for a few mac ftp referalls, cyberduck isn't loading on my comp so whats the nest best one ?

i have a mac also but since the last OS update i m having problems with filezilla.
Seems like something is blocking the ports and the connection freezes all the time?
Can someone recommend how to solve the problem?
 
CyberDuck because I'm used to it due to SSH but I like FileZilla better.

Coda all the way. FTP, Terminal, and Editor all in one.
 
If you want to spent some money (*cough*or use some other methods *cough*), Transmit is fine. Just google it
