I'm looking for an AutoPinging software that allows user to ping a lot of sites easily and fast. Any free ones that you can recommend?

I use maxblogpress ping optimizer on my wordpress blogs.
It allows me to input a list of sites I want to ping to and will automatically ping every time I make a new post.

Best of all...it's FREE!

Iglow - thanks, tested it but not able to ping all sites.

benchlegs - that's a great tool to ping wordpress blogs, how about pinging other sites?

I need a tool that is able to ping many sites at once or one-by-one.

Do I need to add proxies in pinging sites in massblogpinger software?

Any software that will auto ping every 1-2 days??
