What forum should I be posting this question in?

I cant decide which forum would best fit my question...
I have a website and a forum, but getting people to actually join the forum and start being active seems a damn near impossible task.

I have followliker for pinterest, twitter, and IG, and I promote the website and forum that way... People visit , but they don't register.
So I'm trying to think of other options to get the ball rolling..

Back to my original question.. what forum should this go under?

Thanks... I feel like it would be better off in the lounge sense those other two forums are dedicated to instagram or pinterest and I'm trying to target a lot more then just those two things..
