What FL setting do you use for FLC, can't get it right

What I want to do is like one picture of every one of a user's followers. Now I have tried to set it up with FLC like it says in the manual but it only likes one picture per cycle that means only once every 2-3 minutes no matter what the like limit is set to. I want it to like a picture around every 45 seconds. And also it keeps liking more than one picture of certain users.

It's okay, I contacted support, they said to shorten the automation cycle so I just put it in a different project.
