What factors does tiktok use to recognize the same videos

tiktok rates same videos worse because of spam. or videos that have already been posted. now i'm wondering, which factors does the algorithm use to recognize this? is it the video length, the person, the sound, the lyrics?
Do you think it would be enough to shorten the video a bit and upload it as a mirror image?
what do you all mean?
