Like what exactly do people review? It sounds critical so I wanna know exactly wat it means

It is a review of things like your on page SEO, usability, functionality and overall if it is doing the best job of getting your information to the people viewing your website.

It would be like if you had a failing restaurant and decided to hire a 5 star chef and successful restaurant owner come in and revamp your menu and decor.
