However, what's your niche? I can't really see the preview of the reel and thus cannot guess the niche as your screen is a bit blurry

You should not be posting 3 reels at a time, you should spread them out in 1 every 3-4 Hours, Post it in Peak Timings with some good trending music.

Go to account settings, click "account status", then check which posts have violated terms. Instagram even shows the reason why they restricted a post. Once you remove it, your account should be fine. Make sure to rotate IP after posting each Reel.

This warning is Instagram temporarily restricting your ability to share Reels due to “suspicious” behavior. Posting multiple Reels at once without any organic activity (scrolling, liking, or replying) often trips Meta's integrity filters, especially on new or low-trust accounts.
To reduce the risk:
- Space out your Reels (1 every 4–6 hours instead of back-to-back)
- Mix in natural actions like story views, likes, follows or light DM activity
- If you’re using a proxy/device emulator, make sure it’s clean (low fraud score, native ASN, mobile if possible)

Seems like you've been flagged for spam or inauthentic behaviour. That's usually what does it but realistically any number of Community Guidelines Violation could cause that. Try not to do too many things at once, like overdoing activities or uploads too quickly and too often in an hour or so. Should go away on its own after some time, just go easy on that in the future.

i do reposts from tiktok. sometimes i post 2 reels back to back or minutes apart.

There's no point in posting 3 reels at the same time, avoid this behavior, it can be considered spammy
