what encoder for 640x640 instagram video format?

Hello all...got just one simple question regarding instagram:

if any of you post your original stuff from footage you recorded what encoder do you prefer for making the video 640X640 ???

Been trying but havent been sucessful yet with that

I use MainConcept AVC/AAC in Sony Vegas and it works great. Tried a few other encoders before that but they didn't play.
