What email provider do you guys use for multiple accounts?

I see some people on here have 10+ Instagram or other accounts, is there a free email provider that supports easy switching between a lot of accounts?

I'd use Gmail but I don't want a bunch of IM accounts mixed in with my real email address. I've considered temporary email providers like 10 minute mail but I think having an an inbox and being able to send mail is necessary sometimes depending on what you're doing.
