Which platforms have you found to be reliable and deliver consistently to the inbox, not the spam folder?

Most people use Gmail or forward to Gmail. What works for Gmail? Gmail.
Gsuite now called Google Workspace.

Getresponse, Klaviyo and MailChimp

They're good and paid plan is advisable.
Thank you for the recommendation. Are you familiar with SendGrid? I've recently started using their free plan.

I think the most stable and inbox-friendly email sending platforms right now are convertkit and postmark

I’ve found that trusted email platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, and ConvertKit usually deliver well to the inbox. They have good sender reputations and strong tools to avoid spam issues.

Best and most consistent inbox deliverability:
  • Postmark – top-tier for transactional emails.
  • Amazon SES – excellent deliverability and very cheap.
  • SendGrid – good if you use a dedicated IP.
  • Mailgun – reliable for API/transactional sending.
  • ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo – strong for marketing campaigns.

Platform success is less about features and entirely about deliverability rate, where top-tier providers average 95% or higher. The biggest impact factor is advanced segmentation; using behavior-based triggers typically boosts open rates by 30% to 45% compared to blasting a general list. Focus on a platform with strong sending reputation and robust automation features for this level of list specificity.

Honestly, Mailchimp has been the most reliable for me - not just for landing in the inbox, but for tracking everything in a clean, simple way. we can see who opened, when they opened and exactly what they clicked, which makes it way easier to tweak campaigns and keep improving results without any guesswork.

ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and Brevo consistently deliver the best real-world results because they have strong automation, high deliverability, and better targeting.

Which platforms have you found to be reliable and deliver consistently to the inbox, not the spam folder?
Platforms like MailerLite, ConvertKit, and Sendinblue are generally reliable and known for strong inbox delivery. They maintain good sender reputations, which helps your emails avoid the spam folder.

Deliverability success in 2025 is less about the platform and more about sender authentication and reputation. Implementing full DMARC compliance is now critical, as non-compliant sends often see an immediate 30% drop in inbox placement. Furthermore, maintaining a bounce rate below 3% is non-negotiable, otherwise major providers will automatically throttle your sending volume, severely limiting scale.

we use mailerlite. so far so good +their prices are fairly cheaper than competitors

For reliable inbox delivery, EmailOctopus and Sendinblue (Brevo) are great for beginners. SendGrid is a robust option for larger volumes.

Ultimately, your sender reputation and list quality matter more than the platform itself for avoiding spam.

ConvertKit and ActiveCampaign Great for creators, bloggers, and personal brands. The inbox deliverability is very strong.

Email delivery mostly depends on your domain reputation and settings like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, for e-commerce, klaviyo works best, for creators and newsletters, Kit and Beehiiv are solid options, for B2B automation, ActiveCampaign performs well. If you need a budget option, MailerLite is better than Mailchimp, and if you’re sending cold emails, you should use Instantly or Smartlead because normal platforms will ban you.

MailerLite. Friendly UI, good for small/mid-sized lists, and reviewers highlight its deliverability for the price

You can also try Zymplify
