What else does online reputation management involve besides review funnelling?

What other things does "online reputation management" entail besides doing the 7878 system exactly? Say a company asked you to manage their online reputation. What exactly do you do for them?

All the 7878 method will do is help you get leads. Getting leads has nothing to do with reputation management. I assume you got excited by the big dollar figures and decided you wanted to get into reputation management?

In reputation my goal is to help my clients. I do that by creating good content and helping them get new clients and make sales. I actually promote and market my clients through press releases, websites, social media, etc. to help them build a better brand while cleaning up their search results for their business or personal name.

If the client is an individual who doesn't have anything to sell, I just focus on cleaning up the search results.

I didn't see any big dollar figures aside from the roughly $200 a month people charge for the 7878 system. I do SEO and web design for clients and make good money from that.

Basically when you say you clean up search results, you are just bumping the other links ahead of the link with the bad feedback? Or do you do negative SEO on the link with the bad feedback?

I don't do any negative SEO, I spend my time working on good stuff and pushing up the good stuff.
