what else do i need for XRUMER?

hi,
Doing some "buying list" for XRUMER, beside the program itself, what else do i need - trying to understand the fully monthly cost of this...

1. dudicated server - any recomends for good server? VPS is not enought?
2. proxies - i saw the yourpriveproxies don't allow XRUMER, so also here - can you recomend on good supplier?

for both of those i found some old answers on search but it will be nice to hear some relevent ones, and my main issue is to understand the other costs i will have, beside those two.

You will need a lot of time to fully understand the power of xrumer.

yha i really can't say that i know 100% where i'm getting into, but till now Xrumer gave me exelent result till know (using this forum Xrumer services), the concept is clear and next step (as i see it, maybe i wrong) is to get some practical experience.
