What else can I do to help rankings?

Hello,

I'm trying to rank a BH Site - I'm using PBN's as well as diversity links. The site in question is coming up to 6MO since indexed.

I'm wondering what else I can do to help my rankings, so far I've done the following:

Onpage:

• Title Tags
• H1/2/3/4 Optimised
• Content currently sits at 1.2k words - looking to increase this to 2/2.5k
• Pillar articles 2/10
• KW density isn't too high for terms - between 1-2% as it's fairly natural in the text. I didn't pay much attention to density just to make sure it's not over optimised
  
• Videos and images with tags
• Meta Description with main KW
• OBL links to authority sites
• Site speed is fast, 1.3 Sec
  
• Optimised images

Link building:

• 2 X 100 RD domains which are clean, have been indexed for months... no spammy anchors etc. BL to moneysite has been live for 2 months on one domain, and 1.5 on the other.
• Diversity links using only generic anchors
• Blog comments using generic anchors
• A few twitter profiles which I found that are expired in my niche. Link in BIO as well as a tweet on the actual feed using URL.

In terms of linkbuilding it's basically blog comments (spam pretty much) or PBN's from my knowledge. I feel as though I need an extra push.

Other:

• Social media pages (Facebook & Twitter) sharing my content (for example pillar articles or content on my PBN's on different accounts of course).

Most of my keywords are stuck on P2, at #11 - #15 with some still dancing. I've been creating pillar articles in order to create topical relevancy, but I was wondering what else I can implement to help?
