What else can I do to break down my competition?

Love this site, love the help and tip I have been getting so far. I have a few competitors that are killing it in the same market that I am. I've done as much as possible to see how they get their traffic and rankings. I've done the basic checks such as looking at source codes, SEO, Yahoo site explorer, Alexa. What else can I do to see or websites can I enter their URL to check their site?
