CapCut is very pricey, and unless I'm wrong, there's hundreds of templates, but they are from current users, and not standalone templates.

I tried Edits, but it doesn't have many transitions and editing, such as the ability to zoom (in, out, left, right, bottom, up) for each clip (not the keyframe function).

Want tons of templates and transitions? Use Canva Video Editor or Appy Pie’s AI Video Editor

I have Canva, but personally find it difficult and time-consuming to create a reel, perhaps because there are so many templates. I only have the free version.
Is Appy Pie only for AI results?

Most use Capcut; however, just go to the App store and see if there are any other ones that are similar to Capcut and give those a look. They may not have as many templates as Capcut, but they may be good for your purpose.

Capcut is user friendly and and has freemium packages. Its pretty cool
