for me , I only watch tv come evening . Mostly listen to radio.

My morning begins with a cup of coffee. Then some breakfast and it's time to work.

My daily routine sucks now. I used to run and swim. But since I messed up my kneecaps, I'm completely slacking. I have to get back on the program

Alarm goes off at 4 AM. Hop in the shower, get something small to eat while coffee is brewing, and drive off to work.

side note, In fact I thought most IM like to work in from night till early morning?
The Night Owls. I remember some members claim they prefer to start doing their IM stuffs come night times to early morning , feel more quiet etc.
