What does website DA mean to you? Why do you check website DA?
What does it denote
High DA website can be sold at big price?
One of my website DA is close to 22. raised all by GSA backlinks

Da combined with other factors mean something at least to me. DA by itself doesn't mean anything. If it can be sold for high price is also dependable on those other factors, how many links, what kind of links, most importantly volume of organic traffic etc...

All it might mean is that your site "might" have a good link profile.

Generally speaking, DA 20 is the start of a site that could be easier to rank.

However, DA can be manipulated by poor links: Web2, profile, comments, etc. which in case then the DA will mislead you.

...In the market of link building the metrics like DA, PA, DR, etc. hold very good value. So it is worth investing time and efforts in improving it (even we know that these metrics do not have any direct impact on SERPs).

To me, DA (like all other third party metrics) represents someone else's opinion of things - in this case Moz's algorithm's opinion. Whether or not you choose to follow that opinion is up to you, but the evidence is out there that DA can be easily manipulated, shows little to no correlation with actual ranking, and (in my opinion) Moz has shown themselves to be woefully out of date when it comes to working knowledge and fresh data.

Simply gives an idea to check if the website has any backlink profile. Then using other link checking tools to determine if the website is even worth that DA or not.
