What does VERIFIED Profile Links mean?

I see this often especially in the ads in Fiverr.
I will make 50,000 verfied profile links on their ads.

Does that mean the 50k actually have live links? Or does it mean just the profile reports in Xrumer?

I tried the Links database analysis tool in the software but it did not give me live links.

Does this require a special tool for checking?

"verified" can mean 2 things in this situation.

- live backlinks that you can check they exist (but not necessarily indexed)
- email confirmed forum profiles

So those guys that advertise, it doesnt necessarily mean youll be getting 50k actual live backlinks?
Its just the report on Xrumer profile links?
