Well you should have specified this.
We cannot tell you why your ranks are dropping. Maybe more competition, bad SEO,... it can be so much. We can't help you without some more details

I've seen various SERP monitor tools, and this looks like it.

my bad for not being specific. okay so what happen was back in January, i bought a package claiming to help me boost my ranking and apparently its a no follow niche blog comment and do follow blog comments. it is definitely a spam links. after checking through it. so what i did was i disavow it. could i be because of that plus the google updates?
