What does this means

I just got a logo design project
The message I got from my client reads below

"Good Day, I am in need of a digital signature logo for a member of my team. Signature would read: Perl James. Size of the logo needs to be adaptable and elegant It's for Motivational Speaker"
I designed the logo and sent delivered three different samples but still insists its not what he want
He said he wants something with a signature (cursive or script)

I'll appreciate if anyone can break this down for me or maybe a sample of a Digital Signature logo

Doesn't he just want some logo with a https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=601&text=Perl+James&fpp=100 for his name?

Like @Billy Batts said it seems he wants a logo based on a signature. If you google: "signature logo" you'll see some examples
