What does this mean?

I created a restricted reddit sub to post my links hoping to get them indexed faster as a fellow forum member suggested.
My account and subreddit got indexed in couple of hours but my links are not. Why is the "www" portion of the link in grey when i search it in google?? Any advice is helpfull.
