what does this mean? server provider always show this log and tell me that it is suspicious network activity

Seems like some TCP connections failing, hard to give your more info without any context.

Port 443 is https and port 80 is http.
The ip addresses you see are public addresses, you could try to run a ping -a command to see if they resolve to websites

I use scrapebox to scrape expired domain with using public proxy.
is it because public proxy show my real ip?

Difficult to be 100% sure but that might explain the numerous Public IP addresses and the specific use of http and https ports.
