What Does this Error Mean???

hi guys! i encountered this error when i was trying to log in to my hosting account. not my cpanel but my hosting acct where i can see my subscription payments, profile etc.

Error [3700_API]: Non-existant API Fingerprint... exiting

i've tried logging in using different computers from my house and my office and i get the same error.

can anybody tell me what the problem could be?
