What does the board think about Arvixe hosting?? or make a recommendation for hosting

Has anyone used Arvixe and what was your experiences with them.
Anyone know of some comparably priced hosting.
In particular I want my new host to have good/great customer service and fast servers. I use W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare so the servers don't have to be amazingly fast but they should be solid.

what is your recommendation for hosting?
what is your review of Arvixe?

What is considered a good time for chat to begin helping you. Should you be waiting 20 minutes and sometime even longer, long enough for the chat to lose its connection.
What is a good turnaround time for a support ticket. I have one that hasn't been answered in 36 hours.

20 minutes for chat heck no. A signal they don't have their stuff together.

Lastly, please note that while I understand you're frustrated with the experience, you can be sure that it is not a commonality. We do send surveys out to ten percent of random paying users a month and tabulate the data at the Arvixe website under About Us and Customer Satisfaction Survey for everyone to see publicly.
