Fix the violation and mark as resolved in search.google.com

Visit adsense.com and go to Policy Center.

In there you'll find which pages you need to edit or delete. It's probably going to be a page with not much content on it.

Adult content
So should i delete ? It rank good and not containing adult content but health topic
Is there any risk losing account?

Personally I would not risk it but that is just me.. I have had some minor violations in the past and I always try to stay on the safe side because my account has been aged for many years. Nobody can tell you for sure if they will ban you or not, anything is possible.

Remove the violation and then try to send it back for resolving.
