I would buy Romania,build it up quickly and make it a tax haven and a tech haven due to all the IT professionals there,I will spend a ton of money on advance tech,and build the most powerful clone army in the world. Then i will take over the earth. Afterwards I would colonize the moon,mars and go out into space with Space Hotels and Giant Space ships to colonize the rest of the milky way.

Is it true that you are not allowed to own such a huge sum of money? Someone told me but I don't know if he was just talking shit or if he was serious. Heard that even Bil Gates had to donate, even if he wanted or didn't wanted. Not sure, for me this might sound odd.. as long as it's legit money, why not.. :/

Its not true,but the wealthy don't actually have that much money,most of their wealth comes from owning land and shares in a company.
