What does "NO Social Media" for affiliates

There are offers which says "NO Social Media"

Does it mean we cant do PPC with Facebook or Myspace

Or does it mean we cant tweet about the offers on twitter or send PM messages to Facebook.

I am interested in promoting some CPA offers through tweets or doing PPC with facebook but not sure if that is allowed.

Can someone please let me know.

I've always taken it to mean that you shouldn't send traffic from any social networking site, regardless of how that traffic is sent. However, you really ought to ask your AM to clarify this for you as they will have more information about the kinds of traffic the advertisers will accept.

My AM is a fool...he takes too long to reply and always says I will ask {SOME} department and get back to me...he never does.

most of the am are fools hard to find good ones
