I think it means that SEO specialists must optimize their strategies for AI, such as Google’s AI-generated sections, because (in her view) people will no longer scroll through the SERP and will instead get their answers directly from AI snippets.

Instead of just ranking on Google, you’re trying to get your content picked and used by AI tools when they give answers or take actions.
It’s less about keywords and more about clear info, trust, structure, and authority so AI can easily understand and use your content.

AI agents will study data and suggest products and services to people. They are turning into personal assistants to people. Everyone in future will depend on AI agents for making purchase decisions. So, we should market products to agents instead of people.
