What does it take to create your own Instagram SMM bot account pool?

Hi, I need specific Instagram SMM services (mainly likes and followers) from users in a specific country (appearance-wise, not geolocation-wise).
I Couldn't find any on the mainstream SMM sellers, so I am wondering what does it take and how would you go about creating a relative small pool (1k-2k) of accounts that look real and can follow / like on demand.

You need a high quality bot that can connect via API, etc (A developer like me can do one for you)
You need the 1k-2k accounts (good number) that need to be aged, verified, etc
You need a website that has admin end and can handle payments and subscriptions, etc, and communicates with the API automatically.

The bot needs to have the accounts active to prevent bot detection (depending on what kind of smm services you are providing).

I actually offer a service where I can do this for you (and many people can also do this for you), so to get estimates just post on the Hire a Freelancer section and me and other developers will reply there.
