What does High PR backlinks do

If the links are on the homepage of the site, the increase in SERP should be dramatic for that/those keyword(s). If it's on an inner page of the high PR sites, it should give your site some authority, but no noticeable increase would occur.

I am making an E-book How to get 2 PR10 8 PR9 and 4 PR8 websites backlinks therefore i was asking this question what do you think will that e-book do business, after the sale on DP (20 copies) i will give that e-book free to my BHW members. Are these domain pr or page where link is placed pr? And also are they follow or nofollow ? If you put links on pages which are pr10 and pr9 you can expect instant top 10 ranking. If you put the links on pr0 pages on pr10 domain then it depends how competitive your keyword is.

Pages are of PR what described above but 2-3 PR9 backlinks will be do follow all others are nofollow will that help as far as my experienced is concerned one of my website was on third position with no familiar keyword when i made one PR10 backlinks it goes outside 1000 results for one day after that day i was again on 1st position. so i think that backlink help me to raise my position what do you think??

So, your asking what effect a high PR backlink will have on your site and then tell us you are creating a backlink ebook? - Don't take this the wrong way mate but you need to read some ebooks before you waste your time creating one....
