i have made on new website and all the pages are indexed..i just want to know how can i improve my serp rank on medium competitive keyword..

i am talking about off page seo as on page seo i have done nicely...

what should i do to improve my serp rank???

i dont want to use any tools and etc.. and how can i find do follow commenting sites???
