What does financial freedom mean to you ?

Hi Guys,

Everybody dreaming of the same thing. Financial Freedom.
But what is it for you?
How much money do you truly need to say its enough?
Also what would you do if you had actually accomplished it? 40 mill as i know 1 user is shooting for in a "my journey" thread here in BHW ?, or maybe you would be happy with 1 mill, and simply put it in the bank, enjoy a quiet life on a beach n Thailand..
What would it take before you had enough.. Feel secure, and sit back in your chair/sofa and relax for the rest of your life..

For me i have to say 1,2 mill usd. Put it in the bank, and then getting my ass in the swimming pool. (My thai bank gives you 5% on 1,2 mill = approx 3000usd per month)
I`m happy with my life, and not really need anything, (other that 1 mill, LOL)

But even if i did have it, i would still be doing IM. :tee:

Nice story but for me if I can get to 1k/day I would die happy, it's a lot of money but it's also possible with IM.

Then I would move in next to you and make 30k per month from my bank. Then we could make both of our back yards one enormous pool lol.

for me above 100k month is financial freedom. when you can buy anything you imagine and dont give a fuck of how much money you have.

I don`t know..
I think i`m not so into a huge pool, and a house the size of spain! (My wife would not have time to fuck me, because she had to clean all day!)
I like my current life. I dont have everything, but i got it pretty freakin` good.
Also i think if you get into a situation where you got usd12 mill its easy to get way too lazy.
I mean, 3 months ago i was lazy as fuck! (i don`t need to work. I got a business my wife is running for me) Now after i started IM i can feel my brain working, the wheels starts turning (slowly, lol), but when you spend your life buying different shit you don`t really need, and don`t need to do ANYTHING other than what you desire in that moment, then you usually end up drinking the day away, fucking up your life, and ending up alone in a bar with people telling shit stories about "once upon a time.."..

No. Better to be financially secure in moderation. Like Rocky in the early movies.. He wanted to be the champion! He had the "eye of the tiger" LOL!!
But then later, he lost his game, and threw it all on the floor..

It means that an opportunity to help others is with you!

You have to give in life before you can receive...

If you do not give - you can pay to kill yourself by being a smart assed big shot full of BS and living on junk food which does a good job in killing you off!

Money is nothing to brag about helping others and earning respect is much more important...

Needless to say last but not least health is the most important thing in life - NO HEALTH = NO WEALTH!

financial freedom just means the following.

1. I wake up when I want
2. I take lunch when I want
3. I F$#$ off when I want
4. I come to work when I want.
5. I don't have a boss who can fire me for doing 1-4

I would be happy with 10k month after taxes with easy maintainable long term business. As i would like to buy new lambo every day and throw around money like i escaped from mental hospital i don't think thats for me. I bet after a while it becomes really boring that you don't need to wait for anything. You know most singers and movie stars get shitloads of cash and end up with booze and other drug problems since they don't know what the fuck to do. Even with 10k month i could get nice house, get nice cars, put jacuzzi there, go to bars/clubs every night and take it easy while droolin for cars i couldn't afford haha.
