What does BANNED mean under username

yes, it is retroactive...their posts often stay, but the offending one is removed.

Can anyone tell me that what are the requirement to get "add reputation" button ?
Not sure about that I often see people with banned usernames being able to post freely.

I 've seen a few people that have changed their description text to "banned"
A user is really banned if his username is dark red.

they were dark red and their posts where date of today by the time I was looking and got curious about it

I've seen a Banned user post before, But i think it was merely a technical glitch.

Well not that I care anymore its been a long time since I looked into it, I even made a post but never got any replies, however what I mentioned was something I had noticed.
If that was the case it would have been a hell of a coincidence because it wasnt just one was more than one user but it's been quite some time since I looked into it and made the post.
