What does 15 posts mean?

One Post = a single thread reply or thread creation
Certain areas of the forum do not count towards your post count (e.g. The Lounge).
Make sure you also check the rules as if you want to PM to sell someone a product or service (especially to people that have posted in Hire a Freelancer/Want to Buy), that's not allowed unless you're a paid up member.

If they were deleted by a staff member there was a reason; crap could be one of them.
Posting just to up post count could be another.
