What doe publisher payment mean?

Cj just put in a publisher payment balance for me and after all the commissions I made it looks like my total balance is 0. The said Ihad 1400 in commissions and then they had under it 1400 in publisher payment from an unknown advertiser. Can some1 help me figure out what is going on? thanks

The balance on the front page only shows what you have yet to be paid. Once your commissions are finalized, they will get a ( ) around them (somewhere under run reports) and your balance will subtract that amount. You'll probably be getting your check soon.
