    Hello guys,

I'm about to launch a product on Kickstarter and I have the idea of populating a list for the tailored audience with all shitty accounts and a several accounts from kickstarter's staff.

My question is. How do twitter check how active is an account to allow it within a tailored audience list?

In theory this way I only get impressions from the accounts from kickstarter's staff right?

    Any thoughts on that?

I'm very curious about this too.

A less effective idea would be to search for users having "kickstarter" in their bio and adding them to a list, then targeting this list.

That's also a good thing to do, I don't know if as effective but in any case, interesting to try. The problem with the thing I've mentioned would be that twitter detects as not active most of the shitty accounts from fake profiles, but I'm not sure at all.
