What do you want in your hosting company , is there anything you are missing seriously....

I already got what I want.

If its a throwaway site, all I want is unlimited domains and 1-2 gigs of storage, 50-100 gigs of bandwith.
If its a critical site, I want fast (2-30 minute) support (in english) and upgrade plans. Price doesn't matter with these sites.

I have hosts for both. Both accomplish what they need to at the right price.

What exactly do they gaurantee? No server can be 100%.

Then you've only been shopping for cheap hosting. If you have a critical site, you need 100% uptime. The cost for it is 10-20x than what you would pay for "standard" up time (99.8 or 99.9), but it is possible and people do have it.

Also, any reputable host that says guarantee also has an SLA. If they advertise a guarantee with no SLA, they're instantly a bad host.

Hi BleemZ, if you read his OP carefully, you will notice the rawness in his writing which couldn't possibly come from a big-time or even a semi-big-time hosting company. So, IMO, he is just asking us members to share what an ideal hosting package should be, and we are giving him that.

I think he isn't coming out with any sales talk in this regards just yet.
