When using Google keyword tools to write a keyword do you use Exact Or Board?

We doing scrapebox keyword scrapes and posting them into gkwt it almost always nevers gives exact matches. So I usually got with whatever google spits out as good "similar" keywords

and what is the good minimum to go for?

keywords local searches.

That completely depends on you. Obviously the less searches a keyword has the less competition it should have, and vice versa.

the competition is not my problem i need to know the exact minimum searches a keyword should have to be consider as a good one.

Broad is only useful in very specific scenarios. Exact all the way.

depends on how well you can rank for it. 1k? 1.5k? 2k? how much organic traffic can you get on the first page? what other avenues do you have for traffic? etc.

i see some keyword with low competition and with about 12k or more Exact searches i think i should go with the big number searches with low CP

broad. and then exact- it makes for some interesting comparisons.
I do agree that exact matches are better, though
