You need a big setup to push traffic and then make profits out of it, product needs to be good and valuable as well.

Yeah, without some automation, the account does not have much use. What I do is the mother-child with lots of instagram accounts, each one posting. Was using Jarvee before it closed down, but now I use shoutoutcore.com
