What do you use to Structure you business?

Hi,

What software or methods do you use to structure your business: operations, ideas, to-dos, expenses ?

For example do you write your plan out on a white board, use Excel spreed-sheet, no-structure, etc...?

+1 for QuickBooks. It makes things so much easier.

Also have a to do list for everyday. That has helped me a lot.
 
Google calendar, waveapps and a lifetime subscription to matchDOTcom. My biggest problem was not abiding by the calendar... I try stay stay 2 weeks ahead with stuff that can be done now instead acting like I got off early. One day slacking off can take 3 days catching up. A lot of forethought with layers of what triggers should be pulled 1st or next. jmo
 
Quickbooks for financials. Google Calendar/Docs but I've been leaning more towards the Zoho Suite. Mostly because they offer 25 email accounts on your domain, and I feel safer keeping PBN related documents off of Google's cloud.
 
As far as structure, I have an llc with several dba's under it. Financially, quickbooks.
