What do you use to get backlinks for inner pages?

I've bought a few link building packages from this site, but they rarely allow more than a few url's.

I have small niche sites that have most of the links pointing to the home page.

What do you use to make links for the inner pages as well? To make it look natural and give a little serps boost.

High quality web 2.0s and PBNs. You can also order the same service again and give them other urls not included in the first order. You don't have to build links to every internal page of your site. Only the important ones need links. The rest of them will rank as a result of the homepage authority.

They're no diff. from your homepage. In most cases it takes links to rank any page, so you have to look at potential ROI when you rank and get traffic relative to the cost of links.
