- Better control & security: virtual cards let you set custom spend limits, expiry, and can be cancelled any time, reducing fraud and protecting your main account.
- More stable billing for ads: many advertisers find virtual cards more compatible with Facebook’s payment system and easier to manage per campaign, separating ad spend from personal finances.
- Flexible budgeting: you can create multiple virtual cards for different purposes/accounts without needing multiple physical cards, simplifying tracking.

I am currently using it to pay for Facebook advertising, and it has been truly excellent. There is no limit on the number of cards, no restriction on payment transactions, and no fees at all. Most importantly, it helps avoid card-related payment errors and risks

Could you recommend one of them to me? I found out that they always charge a fee of about 1.5%.

The biggest advantage is risk control.Compared to regular cards, they are easier to rotate, set spend limits, and isolate risk per ad account or BM.The biggest advantage is risk control.Compared to regular cards, they are easier to rotate, set spend limits, and isolate risk per ad account or BM.

The advantages of controlling risk are significant. If a card gets blocked or an ad account dies, you just replace the virtual card instead of risking your main card or bank. For scaling or testing multiple accounts, that flexibility is the biggest advantage, not magic performance gains.

Mainly for risk control. Virtual cards let you isolate spend per ad account or BM, set limits, and rotate cards fast if something gets blocked. There is no performance boost, it just reduces damage when accounts or payments get restricted compared to using one main physical card.

Virtual credit cards are used for secure online payments, spending control, multiple account management, and quick creation.

A virtual credit card is mainly used for safer online payments—shopping online, subscriptions, free trials, and international payments—because it hides your real card details.
It also helps control spending, prevent fraud, and cancel payments easily without blocking your main card.

Virtual credit cards are mainly used for online payments where extra security and control are needed.

Do they not charge you a fee every time you top up your account or pay for a service? Which one are you using?
To be precise, I didn't pay any fees at all; I've been renting their card for a year now.

Sometimes I even get cashback.

CC = Risk Management & Testing Tool.
Long-term operation, large budget → genuine card + accurate information still reigns supreme.

What do you use the virtual credit card for?
Some people use it to pay for Facebook ads. So what advantages does it have compared to other regular payment cards?
This is a great question. I have seen people mention using virtual credit cards but I was never really sure why it was better than just using my regular bank card.

Mainly for control and expansion of risks. VCCs give you the possibility to control the spending, set limits, and quickly erase a card if FB marks it, all this without interfering with your primary card.

In addition, they make it easier to divide among different ad accounts and to prevent unexpected billings. Normal cards are okay... up to the moment they are not.

Virtual cards limit exposure are easy to replace and keep ad spend separate from personal or main business cards for facebook ads, that flexibility matters more than any special trust benefit.

Compared to physical cards, virtual credit cards are more flexible and easier to manage, especially when needing to set spending and usage limits for multiple advertising accounts during the testing phase. Even though it doesn't have too many outstanding features, this is still a suitable choice for paying for Facebook ads thanks to its low maintenance costs and cheap transaction fees.
