Go get fiverr and they will make a professional looking video for 5 bucks.

I meant, what do you use to play your self hosted videos and make them look like professional players.

    Thanks

Unfortunately Wordpress plugins are limited when it comes to video players, you might need to turn to ActiveDen's video player section.

Alternatively, you could knick a video player from a premium theme, suggested steps:
    1. Download a theme from WooThemes, always good to support developers but ripped wares theme sites are easily available (try ScriptMafia).

    2. Install the theme, activate it. If you don't want to toy with your current set-up, have a fresh installation of Wordpress on a subdomain.

    3. Upload a video to it.

    4. Publish the post, right click > View Source.

    5. Take the source code, go back to the original site, create a new post and using the HTML editor just paste the code right in.

Side note: The 'Crisp' theme by WooThemes has a great video player, you can customise the colours via the source code too. Can embed external video (Youtube, Dailymotion, Vimeo etc) and display it within the player as well. Hope that's the kind of thing you're looking for and let me know if I can help out with anything else!
